1. What I Need to Deliver Your Order

Kryphos only requires what's necessary to process your order and deliver your protected scripts. This includes: your Discord username and ID (so we can communicate through our ticket system), the Lua scripts you submit for obfuscation (which are permanently deleted from our systems after your protected files are delivered), and payment details handled entirely by third-party payment processors. I never see or store your payment information directly.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used for one purpose: delivering and supporting your obfuscation orders. This covers processing and delivering your protected scripts, communicating with you about your orders, providing customer support, and improving the service. We never sell, share, or trade your information. We never use your data for marketing unless you explicitly opt in. Your submitted scripts are treated with the same confidentiality as the protection we apply to them.

3. Code Handling & Security

Your submitted source code is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Scripts are processed on secure, isolated systems. All submitted code and obfuscated output are permanently deleted from my systems after delivery. I do not read, analyze, or share the functional content of your scripts beyond what is necessary for the obfuscation process.

4. Data Storage

I store order records (Discord ID, tier selected, date, and payment amount) for accounting and support purposes. These records do not contain your source code. Order records are retained for a maximum of 12 months and are then permanently deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

Kryphos uses Discord as our communication and ticket management platform, and payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers. Your code is never shared with any third party. The only external sharing that occurs is the minimum payment data required to process your transaction, handled entirely by the payment provider. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This website may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand general traffic patterns and improve your experience. These tools only collect anonymous, aggregated data like page views and geographic region. No personally identifiable information is collected through website analytics.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: request deletion of all your data from my systems, request information about what data I hold about you, withdraw consent for data processing at any time, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, simply open a ticket in our Discord server or email us at contact@kryphos.dev and we'll handle it promptly.

8. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe I have inadvertently collected information from a child, please reach out immediately so I can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
