1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kryphos services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Kryphos reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Service Description
Kryphos provides Lua code obfuscation services designed for FiveM game server scripts. The Service transforms readable Lua source code into obfuscated equivalents that maintain identical functionality while making the code significantly harder to reverse-engineer. I offer multiple tiers of protection (Level 1, 2, and 3) as described on the website.
3. User Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to obfuscate all scripts submitted to Kryphos. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and third-party agreements. You agree not to use the Service to obfuscate malicious code, cheats, exploits, or any code intended to harm servers, players, or communities.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are processed through the Discord ticket system. Prices are as listed on the website and are subject to change. Payment methods and processing details will be provided within the Discord ticket. Due to the nature of digital services, I cannot offer refunds on delivered work. However, if there is any issue with the obfuscated output (runtime errors, broken functionality, framework incompatibility), I will re-process your scripts at no additional cost until the output works correctly. Batch discounts apply only when all scripts are submitted in a single order.
5. Re-Obfuscation Policy
If you update your original scripts and need them re-obfuscated, I offer one free re-obfuscation within 14 days of the original order at the same protection level. Additional re-obfuscations or tier upgrades are charged at standard rates.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to your original source code. Kryphos does not claim any ownership over your scripts or the obfuscated output. All submitted code is handled under strict confidentiality. I delete all original source files after protecting and delivering them. I never share, store, or reuse any client's code.
7. Protection Disclaimer
Kryphos provides industry leading multi layer code obfuscation that makes reverse engineering extremely difficult, time consuming, and impractical even for really advanced attackers. Our 10 layer protection system is specifically engineered to render source code unreadable and unusable even if the file is obtained by an unauthorized party. However, as with any security measure in any industry, no protection method can be described as mathematically impossible to reverse under all theoretical circumstances. Kryphos is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to, decompilation of, or any other interaction with protected code. By using our service you acknowledge that obfuscation is a powerful deterrent and practical barrier, not a theoretical impossibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kryphos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Kryphos is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your server, FTP, or code distribution channels.
9. Termination
Kryphos reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any user at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, suspected malicious use, or abusive behavior toward staff. Monthly retainer subscriptions can be cancelled by either party with 7 days written notice.
